  • Terminating a regulated credit agreement.

Hello. I am after some advice please re the above. My understanding from reading is that you can terminate a credit agreement when there is a default and you issue a default notice. I know there is a lot of confusion on these.
Is it enough to say «after this date we will terminate the agreement» or does there have to be a separate termination notice.
On some if not all agreements it gives the right to terminate the agreement at any time. Is there a set format for a creditor to terminate and agreement or can they just say we give you x days notice of our intention to terminate?
