Hi,
This is my first thread and have just recently joined the forum.Can someone please give me advice in relation to an old debt from barclays.
I have received a few letters from hfo demanding payment for £1800.
After reading up about hfo I sent a letter back asking for CCA.and statement of account information which they should have.
I also asked for notice of assighnment/deed of assighnment.They sent bak a copy of notice of assignment which had a logo of barclays on this assignment letter.the letter looks well dodgy and has probably been done in house
I have since had 2 letters from Turnbull Rutherford threatening court action.hav received a letter today from turnbull who have enclosed a copy of my CCA.they also mention that if I fail to make a settlement by the 15th June they will issue court proceedings.can someone please advice next course of action I should be doing?
