That smells like a Cabot tactic to me.
Supplying the NoA on the OC's paper, but not actually FROM the OC.

        What utter ball hooks.

File under I as it clearly doesn't comply with LoP/

Getting calls from Tele No: 0091502 - who calls me site response from 1 person just says debt collection company, anybody know who?

Seems to be Nobal Finance, another complaint to TPS.

Yet another call from experto to-day on answer machine, definatly acknowledged OH letter account in dispute before sending the so called assignment letter on post 79, so complete disregard of the contents of Curly!s letter regarding 3rd party chasing disputed debts.

                              Re: WIFE v MBNA

OK newbie recently arrived from CAG.

I have (had) a credit card account with MBNA.
My CCA s78 request produced what to me is a mash up of an application with illegible T&Cs photoshopped onto the reverse

Anyway I disputed the debt and stopped paying. I pretty soon got a DN for the full balance and the debt terminated 3 days prior to the DN remedy date!

Experto Crapite wrote to tell me Varde own the debt, then sent another letter enclosing a letter supposedly from MBNA which says EC are the owners!

Experto Crapite now pester me regularly.

I'll keep an eye on developments here.
They were out to get me!! But now it's too late!!

                                Basa48,

Welcome to Legal Beagles there are many of us now from OTR.

I would start you own thread in the MBNA forum so people can offer help where needed and the two threads do not get mixed up.

If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.
