I send everything recorded since the ICO, on one of complaints to them, wrote to me asking for proof of postage to the creditor.

Oh yes the ICO. I remember them.

          Waste of office space.

How much help were they?? I have an account where there is provably no written or signed agreement of any description. The ICO reckon because I bought goods off them for credit I agreed to data processing and that even though there is no agreement to a repayment schedule, because the creditor said so, I defaulted on said repayment schedule (erm, yes that non existant repayment schedule!).

FSA are just the same, ref: HSBC charges they believed a pack of lies from HSBC regarding I&A etc., not being submitted under hardship rules, when the actual copy paperwork was included in the information/complaint pack under their noses & documented also DG sols had a copy too & acknowledged in another matter.

Well looks like the alledged account may be back @ MBNA as letter to-day arrived from MBNA apologising for delay in response to OH letter earlier of last year, also some T & Cs suppose to be from 2002, (what year did PIN Nos start) - no fees listed (late payment charges? etc etc).

                            Mike

Is that the signed agreement you posted in post 50?

IS that what they are relying on?
