Lloyds sold me a credit card which has just had a ppi case through the FOS completed, however i had a loan with them at the same time.
After the ppi (payment protection) didnt pay out i stopped paying both awaiting their response to my complaint. After 2 years they have now issued a refund to my credit card for ppi + interest + compensation.
My problem is that they have passed the loan to their solicitors who between feb 09 and june 10 had continued to charge interest, charges until they defaulted it.
Speakin with some members of lloyds, they agree i should be put back in the position completely to prior the insurance didn't pay out on my credit card, (stopped paying all accounts).
Any one know if this is possible?
Remove charges and interest on loan, remove the default and start it again as though the problem never happened?
