Hello, I was wondering whether someone could help me and also if anyone has had success with reclaiming bank charges from alliance and leicester.
I have been charged two sets of £100 bank charges for being overdrawn, where alliance and leicester waited for the 1st set of charges to be paid before issuing the 2nd set. Can anyone offer any advice on what to do next. I have set up a repayment scheme with them for the meantime but would like the charges to be refunded as it was charge (which I wasn't made aware of) that took me overdrawn intially, clocked up at £3 per day and led to the two lots of £100 charges.
