  • BANK CHARGES UNDER NEW T & C's

    Evening everyone,

We have set up this particular forum page as we want to find out from everyone as much as we can since banks have bought out new terms and conditions and "prices" for their services whether people have found themselves no better off than they were before or worse off and what new methods the banks have introduced as was way of charging you for their supposed services.

We would like to hear from everyone, about their banks methods and what they have imposed as their "charges" and deemed them collectable and taken, how ever much from your account each month and what they are charging you for these supposed services.

What we are trying to do it build up a picture of true events that have occured since their terms and conditions have changed along with their prices for their services so we can send the details to the FOS and seek some guidance and a way forward of possibly and hopefully obtaining refunds for these as well and also a way showing that the banks have used a "back door" way of obtaining monies wrongfully claimed for supposed services that they are claiming to have provided when did they did not.

To give you an idea of what we are looking for, please feel free to check out this link -
