Lowell's & Stat demand - help is here! WON!!
After a very lengthy battle since 2005 with Capital One and then Lowell's I received a statutory demand. I went to court on three occasions and each time it was adjourned.
By the fourth adjournment received by post due the Lowell's process server not being able to attend I was at my wits end!
Even though I produced relative documentation and had grounds for the case to be thrown out it became clear that the judge was not au fait with credit card debt and bankruptcy. Lowell's thrive on this!
I then discovered this forum and sought advice. I was contacted by Celestine and in a few weeks this wonderful lady had sorted everything out and sent Lowell's packing!
My life was made hell by this debt collector and I am truly grateful for this forum and all the people who give so much of their time to helping others.
