            Just got post.

            Befor a court officer.
            Sitting at Northampton county court.

            IT IS ORDERED THAT-
            1. Under rule 23.8 of the civil procedure rules, bla, bla REFUSED.
2.The application for OOT witness statement REFUSED.

Got 14 days to review this decision by a District judge.

gutted, better move my car, never know when the bailiffs will come.

Edit (maybe that diamond will have its use.)

              Re: Disputing ticket is mine.

Have 14 days to ask for review by district judge.

My understanding of this is the judge only looks at the legality of the officers decision to refuse oot witness statement.
He is not concerned with reasons for issue of ticket.

How do i get someone to look at the ticket issue instead of going round and round in circles.?

                Hi Sleepy,

Sorry to hear your news. I guess the problem you're hitting is that a pcn is RK dependent not driver dependent. If I was a cynic, I'd say the police had stitched you up royally.

I think your best source of advice for this now would be here:

                http://www.pepipoo.com/

It's a free site and all they do is motoring. If they allow it, you might want to post a link to this thread, or at least mention it.

Please let us know what happens.

Been doing little reading, could my next step be to fill in a N244 to get judgement put aside ,this will cost me 75 pounds.(Being on benefits if send in a EX160 form, should sort the fee out.??)

                      Sleepy,

Look at post 24 by Ploddertom. Have you phoned Liverpool Council to speak to the Parking Enforcement Section to see if they have any similar such policy?

Please register with Pepipoo - you will get answers there from people who do this all day long.

                        Re: Disputing ticket is mine.

Yes,i e-mailed TEC and LCC,pasted and copied quoteing that post and explaining how easy it would be to resolve this issue with one phone call to the police station, giving dates, time of arrest, police officer, the lot.No response.

Can i ask bailiffs to give me notice of them coming so i can arrange to have my care assistant with me.?

                          Re: Disputing ticket is mine.

If bailiffs have been instructed and you know what company it is, you should contact them straight away to inform them you are disabled. In any case, until it is progressed further, I simply would not let them in. If they come, take the precautions as outlined here:

                          http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...The-First-Time

In addition, try to record everything, ask for ID, ask to see the original court warrant or where you can go to inspect it. Your mobile is likely to have the facility to do this nowadays.

PLEASE sign up with Pepipoo - I know I'm like a stuck record, and you'd probably want to clout me if you were here lol, but they are more experienced with these than we are on this site. Signing with them doesn't mean you can't still post here - make the most of ALL the advice out there.
