Hi, hope someone can help. I have received Notice of Intent to Enter & Search property - for a fine which is in dispute with the police and HMCS, indeed am going to court to swear a statutory declaration with a view to the fine being overturned. I have informed Philips of this and still the letters come!
The fine is for "not suppying drivers details" following an alledged sppeding offence.
Can these people actually break into my home? If HMCS are their client then surely they should be letting them know that a genuine dispute is in place and it was on the advice of the police that I present to court (weds 5th oct) to swear the declaration. Can anyone help, I keep wondering if I'm going to arrive home with children to find the house empty.
    Thanks you.
