    Hi,
My daughter has recieved messages from a Marstons bailiff regarding a motoring fine. She has proof that the fine was paid but due to late payment she needs to pay more. The original debt was for £350 but now gone up to £950! She is currently away studying at university so not at home. The sheer bullying tactics from this person was shocking! They were threatening to attend my property with police and locksmiths and take all my belongings unless I had proof they were mine. She begged and pleaded repeatedly to pay it off in a payment plan but the bailiff said NO and put phone down numerous times. She's since had more threatening messages to get home within an hour or she's entering my home whether someone's here or not. My daughter is a bag of nerves now, miles from home & worrying herself sick over this. She has been in touch with stepchange who has given her a case reference number.
i live on my own and on U.C due to health problems.
    Any advice is much appreciated.
