  • CDER - Claim for Non payment - out of the blue !!

    Hello , my son just received the attached letter from a bailiff CEDR demanding an immediate payment :

    => Due to "non-payment of HM Courts and Tribunal Service warrant" issued by the greater London Area Office on a specific date in February.
    => This is the first he has heard of it, and he has requested from CEDR (by email) what this pertains to.
    => I am assuming they must provide full details of what this warant and payment relates to

    Can anyone assist with what they should provide legally to justify the payment and who the original creditor is that is making this demand
