The Lending Code 2006 sets out the commitments and principles which FLA members must follow. This covers your agreement if it was signed ON or AFTER 1st June 2006.

Follow this link to find the relevant Code for agreements signed BEFORE 1st June 2006.
This Code is for customers who have taken out a consumer credit loan with an FLA member, no matter how much it is worth.
