I have received a claim form from Equivo for a credit card debt with creation, I have completed the cca request and I am completing the CPR request with the template.
I would just like someone to clarify what documents I can request from the wording on the claim form which is as follows.
The Defendant (D) held the accounts as listed below with the claimant (C)
D failed to pay the sums due to C when demanded and the sums listed below remain outstanding
