I have recently voluntary terminated a car contract, they have picked the car up and have since followed up with charges for damage and excess mileage
I accept some of the damage charges but wish to dispute some of them
I have been reading up online and I understand i can dispute the excess mileage following a VT and have the template from Legal Beagles to do this
just a question- do i send this to the finance company i held the agreement with or do i dispute this directly with the company who picked the car up?
The letter pack i have received has copies of letters from both parties
