Hi guys
Was wondering if anyone could help with this
i've gone through the usual letters that you get threatening court action from debt recovery plus and zenith and telling you to pay etc
Oddly they somehow managed to get a hold of my landline number and have called earlier today. Without knowing my sister picked up and they said its a matter of urgency that they speak to me, obviously not knowing who they were she said im at work and will be back later and gave a ref number.
Not sure what i should do now? Never heard of anyone on here recieving calls for a car park fine.
How did they even get this? Are they allowed to call me on landline?
Ultimately should i pay this now that they have got my landline because they will just continue to bombard me with calls now?
Any help would be greatly appriciated
