Hello, this is my first time posting, I just wondered if anyone had any advice on full and final settlements with Welcome Finance.
We have offered 1/5 of the outstanding debt on our secured loan that we have been paying but not greatly reducing for years, and have been asked to provide a current mortgage statement prior to them 'putting the offer forward'. I just wondered if we have to provide this?
Also wondered if anyone has had any success with full and final settlements, and any other advice.
