Hi,
I currently have a car on PCP finance and I'm struggling to keep up with the monthly payments. I have called the finance company and they have said that I can legally terminate the agreement as I have paid way over half of the amount. My car is still in good condition inside and out apart from a few minor scratches here and there. However my agreed mileage is 6000 miles per year over a 3.5 year period. I am handing the car back in the next month and I have done just under 30,000 miles. I did inform the company a year ago when I moved jobs that I would need to up my mileage but they said this wasn't possible. Do I have to pay this excess mileage even though I am voluntary terminating the agreement!? Is there any way around it?
Thanks,
Jade
