I owe you either the biggest coffee/tea/bottle of champers that you can imagine!!!
So, today I went in and my finger dislocated at work. nothing dramatic it happens quite regularly with me, and Big Bossman saw it!
I was busy massaging it back in to place (now that was DEFINATELY your mind!) and the entire hand went CRACK like when you butcher a chicken.
Big Bossman nearly fainted and asked why it happened and I snapped, it all came out and like a fool I collapsed in to floods of tears (pain, frustration and BryanAdamsitis I think) anyhoo he is going to email Occ Health too and say I sound like a maraca band every time I move!!
He then asked me if I still wanted to transfer units, I'm amazed you didn't hear me screaming YES!!! where you are. I filled in a form asking for any part time hours (up to 25pw) monday to friday (the o/h works weekends and I have no childcare) and it's gone via email to HR as of 430pm today, sent and signed in front of me!!
