I am a beneficiary to an estate, the executor is refusing to speak to any beneficiaries and won't allow the solicitor he has to deal with anything other than probate, this has now been granted and this executor is ignoring our solicitor up to now, we strongly believe this executor intent is to steal all this money as he is a very undesirable character whom has ended up sole executor due to an untimely sudden death of the second Executor.
There is little information surrounding what you can do if an executor does this ??
