  • I am claimant. Defendant has new address

I have submitted a claim for £1300 at the guys business address as written on my receipt. He is a sole trader.
He is a car dealer and rented a desk and space for cars inside a dealership. The dealership is not his.

Someone at the dealership sent back the paperwork that was posted out with the guys home address on and stated that he was not at the dealership anymore.

I have checked the land registry and his home address is registered to someone else, so he doesn't own it. I can't find him on any public information like the electoral roll or phone book.

Should I resubmit the claim with the new address or keep the address on the paperwork? I'm not sure.
