Hi Guy's

Another Elderbridge / First Plus question...

In 2007 I took out a large loan with First Plus, stupid I know but it is what it is. Anyway long story short I have 2 questions...

1. I have been told Elderbridge bought First Plus' debt for pennies on the pound. Is this True?

and if it is...

2. Can I try to settle pennies to the pound? and offer them a "full and final" settlement figure

Anybody got any advice and/or experience?
