Help with claim form

Hi I have received a claim for over £9,000 from Gmac UK Plc
The money claims site is requesting a claim number plus pass word
which i can not see on the form
There is a sticker over the claim number box with just CCMCC 02/05/2017
Plus beneath a list of letter and number
Where would the password be as i am now worried if i can not log on to gain the 28 days?
