Feb 2015 – TSB still claimed no record of MPPI
Mar 2015 – Claim firm notified me they could not pursue
Mar 2015 – Took matter up personally with FOS
Jul 2015 – Lloyd TSB confirmed to FOS that MPPI was takenout.
Jul 2015 - FOS informed me investigation would take them upto two years
May 2016 – Requested update from FOS
Oct 2016 – Requested update from FOS
Oct 2016 – FOS reply informing me that complaint had beenassessed. Oct 2015 Claim firm notified with assessment but neither FOS or claimfirm notified me. Would have challenged as FOS assessment throughoutincorrectly assumed policy was purchased as an option in spite of submittingLloyds TSB documentation to them to the contrary.
Nov 2016 – Following telephone call from FOS, informed themin writing of their inaccurate assumptions with refusal to accept their decision
Nov 2016 - Wrote to Lloyds informing that I would now dealwith matter personally in respect of the £1,272.96 Premiums with a RedressBalance of £3,057.62 with accrued interest. (Proof of posting)
Dec 2016 – Lloyds TSB rang me wanting a 20 minute telephoneinterview for further information. I requested any further information berequested in writing to which they agreed.
Feb 2017– Heard nothing and wrote giving 28 days toresolve. No response (proof of posting)
