  • vehicle leasing

I am a small business and recently took out a contract for a new car for use in my business. When the car was delivered it was not safe to use so I informed the lease company and they took it back to the garage and gave me the car I had been previously leasing off them for my use until the new vehicle had been repaired. It has now been a month and although I have contacted the lease company on numerous occasions they can not tell me when I am going to get the new car back.
I have checked the lease and it is covered by the consumer credit act.
My question is are the lease company in breach of contract. Any advise would be greatly appreciated
