Hi, I would just like a bit of advise as I have had a visit from newlyn today for council tax arrears in a previous property but not sure why I have this debt as I was a university student but had to leave due to a deterioration in my disability. They have noted that the outstanding debt is £415.68 and then added a total of £650.44.
My car is parked on my drive and he has put on the letter that he will be doing a dvla enquiry to seize my car. My car is registered with the dvla as a disabled vehicle.
Can anyone advise what I should do please
    Thankyou
