  • Pay and contract problems! Help needed quick!

Hi, cofused new user! Need help quickly!
I have trolled through page after page of employment law and cant seem to find the help i need so hopin someone will rescue me.
My employer pays us at the end of each month but regularly only gives us a portion of our wages as there isnt enough money to pay us in full. It was written into our contract that we were to accept a percentage of our wage should the full amount not be payable on pay day and wait until the rest becomes available.
So in other words, i get paid in dribs and drabs and my contract says tough of you dont like it.
Ive had enough of this way of living and at the point that i want to quit. Because of late pay, ive had to drip into reserve tanks to pay unforseen bills etc over the last while and now facing not being able to pay my bills as i know that again, i will not be paid in full.
Currently lookin for other work but where would i stand from a legal stance.
Im in scotland if that helps.
    Thank u
