EDF Demand money but Im not a customer

Hi,

I have a final demand for electricity with no details of when or why

I rent my bungalow and work away, last January the tenant moved out and closed the EDF account with I think wrong metre readings. June another tenant moved in and forwarded I assume the right metre readings to EDF [ they wont tell me any details because Im not a customer] but they insist its my problem and must pay the demand. They dont even know my name but somehow found my address where I work and the bill is headed with the name of the letting agent.
does not sound right to me what do you think?
