Hi all,
Just a quick question that I hope someone can answer.
If a defendant enters a specific sum they are wishing to counter claim in box 4 of this form yet within in the defence they list items that add up to different amount of money, how should one proceed?
Is the form invalid and therefore the defence? Or should one defend the counterclaim?
