Hi all, I would love some urgent advice please.
On 29/06/16 my old landlady received a HM courts and tribunals service letter hand delivered through her door asking for Order of statement of means for myself. I moved in Jan 2016, and kept my address upto date with Creditexpert.
I checked my Experian account and found a ccj from Cabot financial dated March 2016 on my file for nearly £7000.
It is from a credit card from 2002 ish. I have definitely not paid or acknowledged anything for over 10 years minimum.
I contacted phone number from letter and they are contacting Cabot financial and giving them new details.
What can I do?
Please help.
