    Re: The new PM

Actually yes I am complaining about voter apathy. The only election in recent times where the government represented over 50% of the turnout let alone the electorate was the coalition of 2010.

You or I can not say the majority of people wanted to leave because you don't know.

why did the advert say 9 out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred it. It may have been 99% of cats would eat anything.

This is how the Times reckons Tory MPs backing the candidates:

      May 97
      Crabbe 22
      Leadsom 19
      Gove 16
      Fox 10

The only thing is when it comes to the party members voting for the last 2 it could be very different as it currently appears with Labour.

Cameron left his job after spitting his dummy out and saying he couldn't take the country forward on something he didn't believe was right.
If top man could do this, then no one who believes being out is wrong should be in the running for the job.

I do feel for Theresa May, as when she becomes PM it will be constant comparison to Maggie. That's a lot to live up to. Not that I think she'll particularly give a flying pigs whisker, but the press headlines/news reports are going to be really annoying for ages.

( can you guess who I'm voting for then ? )

There's only one candidate in my view. Andrea Loathesome is a lightweight political nobody.

Why would we need a political somebody to take us through a whole new chapter?
Lets not forget the loverly Ms May is a remain and will be scrapping to still 'remain' as much as is possible so the outcome may not be what's wanted or needed. Her involvement with the Ministry of Jokes has not proven to be brilliant, she has cut the police to a bare minimum in some areas. If this is how she works what chance have we got re security. As for her deporting illegal immigrants, she thinks it is students that should go and after wrongly getting rid they could all come back and claim compo, but no worry there are only 48,000 of them. Yet it took 8 yrs to get rid of a real threat Abu Qatada costing a mere 1.7 million of tax payers money to do so. Keeping him and his family in benefits while here. Please don't even tell me she is the one unless you can give me at least onr positive thing she has done and prove it.
