Hello ,
Today i called Dartford if the payment i did had gone through or not,because it did not show as payment done. Then i was told this is gone through but there were 2 charges outstanding from last year. March and July. Which i am not sure if i paid.
The PCN they sent went to our previous address as we forgot changing our DVLA address.The PCN is been increased. Please Kindly advise me how to write to them formally and what do i do and how do i deal with this situation.
