    Quick Question on Timing for Submitting a Defence

    Hello everyone.
    I have a thread ongoing about defending a CC claim, where I'm getting good advice. Claimant agreed extension for them to comply with CCA/CPR requests which expires on Monday. Post received today and still no docs so can I file a defence this weekend, in the knowledge that it won't be processed by the court until Monday, or am I jumping the gun a bit?
