Hello,
I have a situation i need some advise on...
I was an Avon representative for a little while. I had a box of products delivered to me by mistake. I contacted my local Avon representative to inform her there's been a mistake and she was happy to arrange a date to collect the box of products and promised me my account will be cleared. Long story cut short she never came to pick up the box. This all happened about 4 years ago. I contacted Avon to arrange a pickup but no one ever came. Now I have Lowell after me for this debt. I've never been in any debt before in my life so I don't know how serious this really is. I feel like I've been really mistreated by Avon but none seems to understand or care about my side if the story. Lowell have investigated this and told me that I'm liable to pay as Avon have told them that none was at home when they came to collect the box which is not true. And apparently I called to ask about a payment plan which is also untrue because I called to tell them I'm happy to pay for my sign up fee but not that box of products as it was still sitting at my house. Please help :'(
