  • Personal Injury Claim

    Hello everyone,

I have some question about Personal Injury Claim. I had accident in 01.2015 and already got a compensation for it but... My case finish in County Court. Solicitors which represent me taking some amount from my compensation but just some % from my Personal Injury, they do not count any loss of earnings or care cost etc. My question is: When Court make dacision about Claim, they decide separately about everything like xxx £ for Personal Injury, xxx £ for Loss Of Earnings or just xxxxx £ for Your claim ?? I ask for it because on General Form of Judgment or order i can just check full amount of compensation but from letter from Solicitors they spread it for few category and Personal Injury damages are twice more than then offer to defendant....(just to remind, they take 25% from this amount) Its a bit strange but they won't answer for my questions now. Another thing, letter from Solicitors showing like the paid for me almost 100% loosed income from overtime and less than 30% loss of basic hours earnings, Can anyone help me with that please?
