Ccj and default and debt management plan

Had a bad credit history started in 2008 was involved in a management company left them Nd dealt with it solo have arrangements in place had a ccj back in 2000 am thinking it should now be gone file debt is due to finish real soon not sure if there are any consequences?
As for the default debts how long do they stay on file? Am desperately trying to put credit rating right hopefully will have all debts gone in 18 months
will the info be the same on Experian as equifax?
