welcome finance ppi pre 2001

I had welcome confirm that I had ppi on two loans, amounts £85 and £280, but they have no information on underwriter, does anyone on here know who was their underwriters between 1999 and 2001, AVIVA have paid out on all my other ppi claims after june 2003 as they admitted liability from that date.

Please if anyone can provide this information or even if anyone has had a successful claim pre 2003 from welcome or underwriters.
