  • Final Charging Order

    Hi
New to this forum and hoping for some advice.
I had a limited company which was dissolved in 2004, another company went bust on us and we never got paid £130,000 for a contract we completed, etc etc.
I had given personal guarantee for my company for machinery, my company defaulted, cattles commercial finance, were the finance company, they got a final charging order on my property in 2004.
The charge is for approx 10K, im now trying to sell, from what i understand they are no longer trading, but have received a solicitors letter acting in their name regarding the debt, advising me to inform the solicitors acting for me regarding the sale.
    where do i stand?
    many thanks
