How do I put in a defence when I believe its statue barred
Hi
i need help..I have to put in a denfence which I believe is statue barred.i have already manage to have the judgement set aside as
arrow global Guernsey had sent it to the wrong address.which gave me no time to put in a denfence..
I now have to file my defence in the next week...I don't believe I owe this money from an mbna credit card..and apparently the debt was sold on..now arrow global Guernsey..say they want me to pay...
I did have a mbna credit card back in 2002.. But believe I don't owe this money...I have had no letters or anything from this company...would this be statuebarred.if so how would I prepare this as my denfence.
arrow global have told me I could settle it at a reduced amount..but I told them I believe I don't owe it..they sent me a copy of the mbna credit agreement that I signed in 2002 but this doesn't prove to me that I owe any money...please please I need help.
