  • Billy the Kid v Lowell Portfolio 1

    Hello Everyone,

In my dealings with Lowell Portfolio 1 I have constantly and truthfully stated that I have never had an account with T-Mobile.
Lowell Portfolio 1 were chasing me for a debt they had bought from T-Mobile for a sum of almost five hundred pounds. After Lowell had completed their investigation they stated they were closing the account and all contact would cease.
I have now received an e-mail from Lowell stating that, despite my claims to the contrary, they did not believe that the account was opened fraudulently. I have asked Lowell if they are calling me a liar and in reply they have stated they will not be making any further comment. Can anyone tell me what action, in view of what Lowell have said, I can take? Can I sue? Can I seek damages? Can I seek compensation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Best regards Billy the KId.
