    Hi

I found a default on my credit file from VM. They have been very unhelpful and after an SAR they provided scant information in which it showed the balance as zero. I argued it originally as i did not recognise the debt, i had issues with them continuing to bill me after i cancelled so assumed it had been dealt with.
Even though there is a zero balance, they wont accept responsibility, I emailed the CEO and then the executive team dealt with it. I had dealings with one person and i was not given the opportunity to take it past that.
They have given me a final letter, what is my next option. CISAS or Small Claims.
