    A complaint about Wi

I have a complaint about William Hill on line. I have just finished a conversation with an online live chat agent after they didn't respond to my emails. On 30/11/15, between approx 4-5pm i placed several accumulator football bets these bets were all accepted.- in line with their promotion - if you place a 6 leg accumulator and 1 leg loses then you get a refunded free bet up to £50. http://www.williamhill.com/promotion...-the-internet/

That evening at 10.24pm i received an email telling me that my account has been restricted, making me ineligible to take part in any sports offers (including the accumulator offer above). I have just spoken to someone on line who said that William Hill will not uphold their end - I placed those bets when my account was not restricted, in good faith - and now they tell me that if my bet loses by 1 leg i will receive no refunded free bet. They also told me (3pm on December 2nd) that the reason why, is that my account was actually restricted on the 2nd November. They didn't inform me of this until today (3/12/15) and also i took part in several of their sports offers/promotion of which i am now restricted between 2/11/15 and 30/11/15, and they were all fine so i just don't believe them. My bets are currently on-going so if they all win (i have 7 in total) then there is no problem but i am shocked at their response and feel it is underhanded and unfair. - it feels illegal that they haven't informed me for a month.

I wanted to know the thoughts of an independent gambling commission, and whether or not i have been unfairly treated and how i could proceed if my bets lose by 1 leg.

I look forward to your response

    Kind Regards
