Hi to all,:XD: just a question. I had to go to court 3 times, and pay for a solicitor, to oppose accountant in bankruptcy to re appoint a trustee, regarding a ppi claim for £5000 cheque, being sent to them by bos. My bankruptcy started in 2008, both myself and trustee discharged in 2009. Claim made by ex husband, without my knowledge, but HISTORICAL loans were in joint names. Anyway, the sheriff dismissed the case in my favour, my question is where is my cheque and are they still able to hold on to it, it has now been 3 weeks since verdict .....?
