Hellow all. Help needed with Small Claims court.

Hello

I found this forum searching for legal terms I'm encountering on the moneyclaim uk website where I made a small claim against a lady that pulled in front of me, causing me to crash my bicycle into her car.

I started writing about the case here but it turned out quite long so I will post under General Legal Issues. It seems that would be the right place.
