I'm a new member and I'd be grateful for any advice.
My landlord served me an invalid S21 notice but the county court has sent me a possession order even though I did not receive the claim form and so could not offer a defence.
I've been advised to make a counterclaim against my landlord because my tenancy began in July 2007 and my deposit was not protected within the 30-day grace period that ended on 6 May 2012.
Can anyone offer guidance on how to make a counterclaim - to be included in my N244 application to set aside the court order?
