Hi everyone, my name is Rosina. Nice to be here.
I noticed that quite a few people were having problems with Genisis Housing Association... They are one of the torments in my life... I have been with them for 15 years now and soon after joining them, the problems started. I have already taken them to the Ombudsman for a previous traumatic experience and now am going to have to do so again.
I have emailed over and over, been promised help, even from someone who knew the first problem and she said she understood I didn't want to go through it all once more. Yet even she handed my details to someone else who didn't reply. This goes on and on.... My rent seems to be going up more than it should and I was told by a former member of Genisis staff to report it to RentRight... Unfortunately I can't get through to them... On top of all this, they have a substantial amount of my money which they are not readily giving up !!!
I could really do with some help and support. Last time was so horrendous it made me ill and that has carried on to today...
