Hi there,
i received a court claim form for a debt with T-mobile. I do remember that I owed some money to tMobile, but don't remember exactly how much. I had health problem and underwent a number of surgeries. I received a letter from Bryan Carter solicitors which was preceded by a County Court claim form- by a day. I don't know what to do and how to proceed. The total amount is 635.12 which is made up of 485 principal balance + interest + court fees + solicitor fees. I am really lost on what to do next and its seems like I need to act fast as I have been given a timeframe of 14 days. Please advice me on how to proceed. The debt was purchased by Lowell nov 2013
