  • ppi credit card reclaim with yorkshire bank help!!

Hi All, apologies if I've posted this in the wrong forum.
I'm just after a little help with completing the PPI & Penalties excel spread sheet, I seemed to be on a bit of roll with the whole claiming thing, I typed the letter asking Yorkshire Bank for my partners bank statements which they kindly supplied going back to August 2000, after looking through them it became apparent he had been paying on a monthly basis Insurance Premium on his Yorkshire Bank visa from October 2000 to April 2008. I've gone through the statements and highlighted each one and then started to transfer the information onto the spread sheet, only I'm not sure which total balance to put into column I is it the balance brought forward or the balance after monthly payments have been deducted and do I show on the spread sheet if a large payment is made on the account as this seems to throw it out totally showing up on the account in red with a minus figure.......help!!
Any advice or guidance would be very much appreciated.
    Many thanks
