First post so be kind!!!
OK was on DMP with Stepchange a/c now closed by them due to non-payments for past 3 months.
This was due to family crisis which I had to resolve.
Most if not all of my debts are with DCA's and have been paying for over 5 years at least.
Now a family friend has offered assistance to try for a full and final settlement, this was mentioned to stepchange prior to leaving but as the amount was 10k on total debts of32k? they would not deal with it as they said it needs to be at least half of the debt.
Would like to try for F+F still but need advice and on DCA's and enforceability.
