Hi following on from my previous thread where hubby is being hassled by Bryan Carter for a debt (??O2) .....we have checked his Equifax file, and there's no record of any debt at all!....does this mean it is statute barred?? (if it existed in the first place - he can't remember)
I have O2 accounts on my credit file so It's not as if they don't report to CRA's
We sent a letter to BC to prove it,after taking advice on here, but the debt doesn't exist....at least on the credit file......
Can anyone help?, as we need to know the next steps to take when BC replies
